SunWize Power & Battery Control Panels are prewired aluminum panels for a variety of applications. Our standard control panels have all of the necessary switchgear to hook up a charge/load controller to a solar array, battery bank and load. Similarly, our Power Online control panels feature everything needed to control a battery charger & backup system. The control panels may also feature power supplies, battery chargers, Class 1 Division 2 components, custom load panels, DC:DC Converters, DC to AC Inverters, and many other features.
Some of our control panels are stocked for immediate fulfillment while other control panels are specifically designed for our customer’s applications. Each panel is designed for a different size of charge controller or battery charger (Power Ready & Power Online). For example the PRCP10 is designed for 10A charge controllers such as the SunSaver 10A-12V and the PRCP60 is designed for 45A or 60A charge controllers like the 60A TriStar MPPT.

Power Ready Express Control Panels
SunWize Power Ready Express Control panels are standard design backplates for off-grid solar battery systems. They come with the charge controller pre-installed on the backplate, along with all other required hardware. They include breakers for solar input, battery input, and load output.
Control panels will fit up to (1) 40A MPPT charge controller, along with all switch gear, wire, surge suppression, terminal blocks, distribution blocks, DIN rail, etc. All Control Panels are QC tested and manufactured in the USA.
Power Ready Control Panels
SunWize Power Ready Control panels are customizable backplates for off-grid solar battery power systems. These control panels come without the solar charge controller by default, but they are customizable to include whatever power electronics are required for any job.
Control panels will fit up to (1) 60A charge controller and (1) 60A load controller, along with all switch gear, wire, surge suppression, terminal blocks, distribution blocks, DIN rail, etc.

Power Online Control Panels
SunWize Power Online Control panels are customizable backplates for AC & DC battery backup systems. These control panels come without the battery charger by default, but they are customizable to include whatever power electronics are required for any job.
Control panels will fit up to (1) 600W battery charger and (1) 60A load controller, along with all switch gear, wire, surge suppression, terminal blocks, distribution blocks, DIN rail, etc.
