SunWize Power & Battery (SWPB) accepts prepayment with check, money order, wire transfer or credit card – Mastercard, Visa, American Express or Discover. Due to card company fees, Credit card payments are limited to $25,000.00 per sales order, per month. Payment beyond that will either to be made by wire, check, applied against open credit terms or charged a 3% fee. Shipments can be UPS COD. COD orders over $1,000 will require a certified check or money order. To establish terms with SunWize Power & Battery, complete the SunWize Power & Battery Dealer Application in its entirety. Expedited $5k/N30 terms available, if requesting additional credit please submit three trade references and banking information with phone, fax numbers and email contact. Allow two weeks for credit checks to be completed, and terms to be established prior to shipping new account orders. Open account terms are Net 30.
Orders aside from vendor drop shipment are sent FCA Saugerties, NY 12477, FCA Albany, OR 97321, or FCA Rancho Cucamonga, CA 91730. All orders will be shipped UPS ground service unless directed otherwise. For rush orders, every effort will be made to ship in stock items the same day. If truck freight is required, provide destination address, phone number, any lift gate requirements, and whether the destination is a commercial or residential delivery. Each shipment is insured at wholesale value and added to the shipping cost. Unless otherwise directed, items will ship from the closest warehouse with product available or from multiple warehouses if necessary for a complete order.
Shipping Fees: All shipments, including drop shipments, will be charged actual freight cost subject to the conditions below.
- Freight charge is applicable per shipment, FCA Origin, for shipments via UPS or common carrier to any one location. For orders shipping from multiple warehouse locations, actual freight will be charged for each shipment.
- Customers who received a freight quote at the time of order entry, will be charged the quoted amount.
- Customers who do not receive a freight quote at the time of order entry, will be charged actual freight amount.
- Extra charges may apply for residential deliveries, hydraulic lift-gate, redirect fees, limited access delivery, or other non-standard freight requests.
- If shipping address is determined by carrier to contain one of these restrictions and extra fees apply, customer will accept any related freight fee increase charges.
- This policy applies to all orders, including orders placed through SunWize Connect.
- SunWize reserves the right to change its shipping policy at any time.
MINIMUM ORDER POLICY Minimum order/shipment size is $250.00 [tax is not inclusive]. Order minimums do not apply for D1 or D2 customers.
SunWize Power & Battery Ordering Policies
SHIPPING DAMAGE AND RECEIPT OF SHIPMENTS | INSPECT ALL PRODUCT AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY
If packaging shows visible signs of damage upon delivery, you must note this on your copy and the freight carrier’s copy of the freight bill, prior to signing for receipt. Contact your Sales Executive or Customer Service immediately at 866-827-6527. Claims for concealed damage must be reported within 3 days of delivery. Refer to the SunWize Power & Battery “Warranty & Return Instructions” document included with each shipment for further details. It is your responsibility to review each incoming shipment for accuracy including quantity and quality of all items. Our Terms & Conditions restrict your remedy.
RETURN SHIPPING POLICY
If it is necessary to return an item(s) to SunWize Power & Battery, call us at 866-827-6527 or complete the Customer Service Request online for a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number before shipping the item(s) back. Items without an RMA number will be refused. Returned items must be in their original container, including packaging and manuals, and able to return to our stock. Returns must be shipped freight prepaid and insured via the carrier of your choice to arrive at SunWize Power & Battery within 30 days of delivery. A 15% restocking fee is assessed, with a minimum $50.00 charge, on all returned orders. Special orders and direct delivery orders are not returnable. RMA will provide the appropriate return shipping address.
PAYMENT AND SALES TAX POLICY
Purchases on open account are subject to approval by the credit department. No goods are shipped if a customer’s account is not current or is over credit limit. Sales tax is charged on all shipments to the following states: CA, CO, UT, WA, and NY, unless customers have a resale tax certificate for the state the item is shipped to. A copy of your company’s resale tax certificate must be on file. SunWize Power & Battery can provide information on obtaining resale tax certificates in the states listed or Click for PDF. All payments must be made directly from your company to SunWize Power & Battery unless 3rd party payment is expressly approved in advance. Joint Check Agreement from SunWize Power & Battery is also available as method of payment. Contact your sales executive for more information.
