Customer Service Policy
- A RMA number is required for all returns.
- You will receive a response from Customer Service within 1 business day of receipt of this form.
- Functioning items being returned for credit must be in their original container, including packaging and manuals and able to return to our stock.
- Returns must be shipped freight prepaid and insured via the carrier of your choice to arrive at SunWize Power and Battery within 30 days of the delivery to you. Return shipping charges are your responsibility.
- A 15% restocking fee is assessed with a minimum $50.00 charge on all functioning items returned for credit.
- Special orders and direct delivery orders (non-stock items) are not returnable for account credit.
- If required by the RMA, credits for non-functioning items will not be issued until the items are received at SWPB for evaluation.
- If necessary repairs or replacement are covered under warranty, we will pay return shipping charges.
Please note: SunWize Power & Battery (SWPB) warranties are only applicable to products sold by SWPB. SWPB has not purchased SunWize Technologies’ (SWT) warranties and cannot assist with any warranty issues for products purchased through SWT. If you have a warranty issue concerning a product from SunWize Technologies, you must contact the product manufacturer to resolve it.
