Power Ready Systems – Complete PV System Solutions
SunWize Power & Battery engineers and builds stand-alone power systems – industrial-grade solar systems. We design Power Ready systems to deliver continuous, reliable energy to remote and unattended site loads. Additionally, these systems operate independently of utility power and support industrial applications where uptime, predictability, and long service intervals matter.
First, these stand-alone power systems support site loads requiring 12V, 24V, or 48V DC as well as 110–240V AC (50Hz/60Hz). They power sensors, data loggers, communications equipment, control panels, and other critical remote infrastructure. We design each system around site‑specific weather and insolation data to ensure power availability through real‑world operating conditions.
To ensure reliability at unattended sites, we equip Power Ready systems with five days (120 hours) of battery autonomy based on average lowest temperature conditions. Engineers size system architectures to achieve a 99.5% worst‑case monthly power reliability, accounting for seasonal variation, reduced insolation, and environmental constraints specific to each deployment.
Generally, SunWize ships Power Ready systems with factory‑assembled and tested control panels. As a result, customers spend less time on installation and field setup. We select enclosures, mounting, and electrical components to withstand harsh environments, high wind loads, and long unattended service intervals.
Power Ready systems are deployed across a wide range of industrial applications. They include remote monitoring, instrumentation, telemetry, communications, security, and research installations. Users can configure systems for continuous loads from 1 to 500 watts and scale them to meet evolving site requirements. View application examples.
About the Power Ready System Architecture
SunWize engineers design Power Ready systems as stand‑alone power platforms for mission‑critical equipment. In practice, SunWize engineers design each system for real field conditions. These conditions include continuous operation, limited site access, harsh environments, and long service intervals.
Power Ready remote power systems integrate generation, storage, controls, and mounting into a factory‑assembled solution. As a result, installation is simpler and system autonomy remains predictable for industrial and government use.

Engineered Stand-Alone Power Ready Systems
Organizations use Power Ready remote power systems to operate critical equipment at remote, unattended sites. SunWize engineers size each system using real load requirements and site‑specific weather data. They are complete stand-alone power systems capable of producing energy 24/7 365 days a year.
Because of this, power remains available under real‑world operating conditions. Many organizations deploy remote instrumentation, communications, and security systems. In these cases, off‑grid power must behave like infrastructure, not a kit. For this reason, our engineering team helps define the right architecture for each site. Our systems are fulfilled from Oregon & Ohio. Want to see our systems in action, check out this case study on remote mining operations in North American Clean Energy.
