We are writing to provide formal notice of expected upcoming price adjustments on select products in response to proposed U.S. import tariffs that continue to significantly impact industry-wide costs.

At SunWize Power & Battery, we remain committed to delivering high-quality products at fair and competitive prices. Ongoing changes in international trade policy, including newly proposed and expanded tariffs, continue to affect the cost and availability of certain key components used in our systems.

While we believe such government-imposed tariffs qualify as a force majeure event, we also recognize our responsibility to support our customers’ success. Our team continues to evaluate component costs on a case-by-case basis, adjusting pricing only when necessary. This approach allows us to respond precisely to market conditions and avoid broad or arbitrary increases.

Please note: Certain tariff implementations can occur with little or no advance notice. Should these tariffs impact quoted, invoiced, or open-order pricing prior to shipment, SunWize will communicate any necessary adjustments as promptly as possible. Because of this fluid tariff environment, listed website prices and quotations may not always reflect the most current landed costs and may be subject to adjustment or surcharge at the time of order as we incur these additional costs. We encourage customers to contact us directly for the most accurate, up-to-date pricing.

Through careful supply-chain planning, strategic inventory management, and ongoing vendor negotiations, we continue to take every possible step to minimize cost increases and maintain consistent product availability. We are actively exploring all sourcing strategies to keep our pricing competitive and ensure that our products remain available to meet customer needs.

If tariff-related cost increases necessitate adjustments to quoted, invoiced, or open-order pricing, SunWize will make every reasonable effort to communicate those changes promptly.
