    AGM Battery Features include:

    • Sealed construction eliminates periodic watering,
      corrosive acid fumes, and spills
    • between 500 and 1000 cycles at 50% DOD
    • Wide distribution network across the United States
    • Higher capacity than same size GEL battery
    • Higher discharge rate than GEL battery

     

     

    GEL Battery Features include:

    • Sealed construction eliminates periodic watering,
      corrosive acid fumes, and spills
    • GEL Construction is more temperature stable than AGM, operates on wider range.
    • GEL can in some instances deliver longer cycle life than AGM because of temperature stability
    • GEL construction allows lead-acid chemistry to charge more readily than AGM
