The Morningstar ReadyBlock – ReadyRelay is a powerful addition to any system that is compatible with the ReadyRail expansion system. The Morningstar ReadyBlock – ReadyRelay is part of the ReadyBlock suite of add-on accessories that can be integrated into a Morningstar “host” component at any time, either during the initial setup or later as your needs change. Once added, the ReadyBlock becomes seamlessly integrated into the host component’s hardware and software, making it feel like a built-in feature.

The ReadyRelay provides two dry contacts for alarms and larger load control, such as vent fans and generator start. They can be manually toggled using the Liveview software, or programmed using real-time operating variables, time-based schedules, or other programmatic methods. It also seamlessly integrates with the Automatic Generator Start feature of the host product to add signaling capability. If anything goes wrong with the relays, they are easily accessible from the top and individually replaceable, so you don’t have to call the manufacturer to replace an entire board.

By adding the Morningstar ReadyBlock – ReadyRelay to your system, you’ll be able to achieve tighter control over energy balancing and prioritize loads for load-shedding.
