What is the EFOY Fuel Cell?

A compact, methanol-powered fuel cell that generates electricity silently, efficiently, and automatically.
Designed for remote or mobile off-grid deployments where uptime and autonomy are critical.

How does the system work?

The EFOY fuel cell continuously monitors the connected battery’s voltage level, activating automatically when charging is needed. It converts the chemical energy of liquid methanol from a fuel cartridge into electrical energy through a clean electrochemical process, without combustion.
When in operation, the EFOY fuel cell supplies power directly to the battery bank, maintaining optimal battery charge levels. Meanwhile, during standby periods, it remains inactive but ready to respond the moment voltage drops below a set threshold. A smart control system manages start-stop functions, ensures efficient fuel consumption, and provides real-time monitoring of power output, battery status, and remaining fuel levels.
As a result, by automatically charging only when necessary and operating silently without user intervention, the system maximizes uptime, extends battery life, and ensures continuous off-grid power availability with minimal maintenance.
