This presentation will be focused on off-grid battery based systems used to power lighting applications.

We will discuss the systems providing power to the lighting loads, not the lights themselves. We’ll discuss various applications, as well as, lighting features found in a range of solar charge controllers.

The controller discussion includes lighting timers, dawn/dusk sensors, LED drivers, single/dual load capabilities, dimming, motion sensing, light sensitivity settings, wide lighting controls, and more.
