IP55 and NEMA3 rated controls enclosure means the SolarPak system can be installed in the toughest environments. The SolarPak systems use proven motor and pump technology that translates into long-term system reliability. SubDrive series feature optional AC power input, including auto-switching capabilities. SolarPak controllers feature Maximum Power Point Tracking (MPPT) technology for maximum efficiency and power output. With simple designs, easy installation, and absolutely no maintenance, these UL approved pumps are excellent choices.

SunWize Franklin Electric series Water Pumping Kits (WPK-FE) are complete solar kit packages that contain everything needed to run either SubDrive or Fhoton series SolarPak submersible pump systems from Franklin Electric. Both SunWize WPK-FE and Franklin Electric SolarPak systems are designed for high performance in remote and harsh environments. Our FE Series SubDrive WPK solar kits are sized according to Franklin Electric 0.75HP, 1.5HP, and 3.0HP motor sizes and will produce approximately 150 to 35,000 gallons per day depending on pump model, Total Dynamic Head (TDH), WPK selected, and solar resources at the pumping location. kits use high quality 72-cell solar modules and durable Solar Rackworks top-of-pole mounts, rated for 90 mph wind speeds. Each WPK kit contains solar modules, rack and 30 ft. of MC4 cable for connecting the solar module to controller. Solar modules are 300-375W in size. All sizing calculations assume 315W module option.

Franklin Electric SolarPaks feature motor ratings between 0.75 HP and 3.0 HP. Nominal pump flow rates are between 5 and 90 US Gallons per Minute (GPM).
Franklin Electric SolarPak Controllers
SolarPak controller features many advanced options, including optional AC input for the SubDrive models. Efficiency at maximum power is 96%. Maximum solar input voltage is 330VDC. Minimum Voltage is 95VDC for the 0.75 HP pump controller while minimum voltage is 190VDC for the 1.5 and 3.0 HP pump controllers.
