This listing of completed projects is just a sampling of the thousands of solar electric solutions that we have provided over the years. The projects range from small, single module systems to operate audio displays to telecommunications to large-scale flat roof grid-tied systems.
If you have a SunWize provided solar electric system that is not shown on the map, email us a photo and description of the system.
Government Solar Installations
SunWize is a leading supplier of solar electric systems to the US Federal Government
SunWize Technologies is a leading supplier of solar electric systems and components to Federal Government customers and contractors. We have been serving Federal Government customers with our GSA contract since 1996.
SunWize uniquely combines the logistical power of the solar industry’s largest component supplier and the most skilled engineering staff to meet the needs of your project regardless of size. In an industry of companies that are too large to appreciate your individual requirements and companies too small and inexperienced to fulfill their promises, SunWize stands alone.
We provide power for remote site and grid tied applications such as:
Facilities, large and small
Communications
Security cameras and sensors
Water pumping
Remote dwellings
Water treatment monitoring
Air quality monitoring
Global positioning systems
Grid Tied Systems
SunWize® Grid-Tie Systems demonstrate your agency’s commitment to sustainable design. Installation is available in select areas.
Communications
Communication sites are located in remote areas for the best coverage and solar electric systems can be the most reliable way to power them. The SunWize prepackaged systems are an easy way to complete your project.
Remote Facilities
Solar electric systems with an optional generator for back up is a common way to power remote facilities such as field stations and campground facilities. These systems automatically start the back up generator to carry heavy loads or recharge the batteries during extended cloudy periods. Solar electric systems reduce generator run time, fuel, noise and pollution.
Water Pumping
Solar water pumping systems provide water for livestock, wildlife, or campground facilities. Solar water pumping systems are a much lower, long-term cost solution than a generator based on fuel costs and maintenance savings. Solar water pumping systems can include an optional feature to allow a generator to run the pump to assure water delivery.
